We offer product returns and replacements within the first 30 days.
We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from The Tea Spot. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit minus the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, you can request a refund minus a 20% processing fee and the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use.
Manufacturer Defect Returns or Replacements
We offer replacements or full refunds for manufacture defective products within 30 days of receiving the shipment. To request a return or replacement, please email email@example.com with an image of the defective part.
